New water neck of thermostat housing for EARLY 1967 Mercury Cougar or most other Fords with 390 engines. Cast aluminum without casting marks, sand cast finish.  Includes gasket, for use with common 2-1/2 inch thermostats.  *Note - mid to late 1967 cars used the smaller 2-1/8 inch thermostats. Replacement steel tube for all FE intake manifolds. Tube connects to water pump via a rubber hose. Fits all FE - 352, 390, 410, 427, 428 engines. Best to replace when intake manifold is removed to drive out the old rotted steel tube. We use a little silicone on the smooth surface prior to installation. The connecting hose (and clamps) to water pump normally got painted Ford engine blue from the factory.

Used tube with a tapered end for the vacuum modulator on 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with drum brakes and C4 or automatic transmission, but without power drums or power disc brakes.
