This reproduction emergency / parking brake idler bracket welds to the under side of the floor on the driver side (left hand) of the vehicle and has the factory spec pin.

Looks right and it works, but belt alignment will be off. Needs about 1/8 inch of shim to align with the other pulleys. Reproduction locking pawl for the 1970 - 1979 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang that is equipped with a factory tilt steering column.
