Famous 'Cal Custom' aluminum finned oil pan that was so popular throughout the 60's, 70's and 80's. It has not been available for years, but it is back again. Pan is made from all new pressure die cast tooling and then fully machined to offer a precise fit and leak free installation. These look great in combination with the Finned Air Cleaner and Valve Covers. Replaces Ford Part #: C5ZZ-6675.

Used oil screen pick up tube assembly from a FE or big  block 1966-70 Ford car, such as 352, 390, 410, 428, or 428CJ engine. This is for most front sump oil pans. Used item, should be degreased and cleaned inside and out prior to installation. Tube assemblies with damaged screens, damaged tubes or bends are thrown away or scrapped. New pair of white and yellow paint sticks for the Mercury or Ford. These units were used by FORD at the assembly plants to mark fender aprons, radiator support, transmission, rear end housing, sheet metal, glass and variety of other parts. It's often little details like this that separate first and second place at the show.

Front steel vacuum fitting for 390, 427, 428CJ engines. New Old Stock. Replaces Ford part number C7AZ-9A474-A.

Used threaded PCV valve for use on 390-4V, 428CJ, 427-4V cars from 1967-70. Unknown functioning condition, these have the correct threaded tops and work with either of the 90° elbows available, reproduction or OEM Ford.

Pertronix brand 7mm spark plug wires. These are performance oriented wires compared to the concours spark plug wires. For any 1967-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford with 289 or 302 engines. Black wires and boots, quality spark plug wires taylor made for the small block Ford engines. Recommended by Pertronix for use with the Flame Thrower coils.

Ford casting number C4ME-6A301-A. Single sheave outer pulley for use with power steering as the only option. This pulley is listed in the 1967 engine assembly manual. Listing is for 'Standard Alternator Drive with Power Steering'. Standard alternator would be a single pulley on a 42 amp rated alternator.

C5AZ-8509-J For use originally on 1967 289 engines without power accessories. No air conditioning, no power steering, and standard 1 sheave alternators. C6OZ-8509-A For any S code 390 engine without power accessories. No air conditioning, no power steering, and standard 1 sheave alternators. C6AZ-8509-C 390 engines with air conditioning. Power steering and or thermactor emissions allowed. 2 sheaves with a diameter of about 5-5/16 inches. *Notes say after 1-9-1967 engine build date. Ford casting number C6AE-8509-F.

Used FoMoCo 20 inch small block radiator. This is for a 1967 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with 289-2V, or 289-4V and automatic transmission (code w). Used core radiator for recoring and restoration. Typical Dearborn installed assembly line radiator. Left side Thermactor smog tube with the jog and bracket around the coil. Bare tube, installation hardware is not included. Not always available, hard to keep on the shelf, look for our reproduction tube set (right and left) available soon. Must have the correct cylinder heads with the drilled and tapped holes for these tubes. Also called air manifold, this unit is part of the air manifold assembly.

This tube is embedded into the cylinder head making it rather difficult to remove intact. Note that the nut and ferrule assembly is made of two pieces, with the ferrule being a compression fitting used to secure the smog tubes to a series of ports on the cylinder head. Sold individually, 8 total needed for smog installation. Application is 1967 - 1970 390, 427. 428CJ engines. In 1975 Ford started making these out of stainless steel. C7SZ-3D600-A  Power steering pump adjusting spacer for use without air conditioning. For most 1967 - 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with 289, 302, 390, 428CJ engines, excludes 1969 351W and 1969 Boss 302 engines. Spacer dimensions: 7/16" I.D. x 1" O.D. and 1/2" thick. Same thickness as the pedestal bracket for air conditioning.

C6ZZ-6582-H Smooth chromed valve cover without "Powered by Ford" embossed in the metal. Correct on 1967 DGS Mercury Cougar and optional on 1965-67 Ford Mustang with 289 engines. Ford master parts catalog shows a right and left version of this cover those numbers are C6ZZ-6582-H & C6ZZ-6582-J. *Note - This is a used chrome valve cover. The plating was pretty low quality back in 1966-67 and these will show rust pitting. For best results we recommend the painted version of this valve cover...

These are quality reproductions of the aluminum valve covers used on the XR7-G (except HERTZ models) or as an optional over the counter upgrade for any FE equipped big block Cougar. Your S tube and snorkel used on 1968-70 models will have to be changed to clear the pent roof design properly. We will have the correct FE XR7-G 1968 snorkel listed here soon.
