This is the storage bag that the convertible top cover folds into when the top is in the down position. Ford calls this part the "Folding top dust hood container." It is made from common vinyl top material and is always black. It measures 15"x27" and the bottom portion is sometimes, tapered down to 8". New reproduction insert for the Hurst shifter boots. This is designed to protect the integrity and lengthen the life of the rubber boot used to protect Hurst shifters with rectangular arms. After a while, your boot can become stressed and even begin to tear apart when the arm is shifted contantly. You must remove the shifter handle to install the support. Rear most convertible top bow #4, from a 1969-70 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang convertible top assembly. This is the last bow and would have had a tack strip attached. Bow only, slat brackets sold separately. Ford part number C9ZZ-7651278-A.

Used to cushion and protect top vinyl from excessive wear from side rails. Unfortunately none of the reproductions that we have found resemble the OEM pads. OEM pads looked canvas on the under side that goes against the convertible top rails, and what looked like the soft side of a velcro strip on the upper side that makes contact with the convertible top itself. Support brace between the bottom of the steel lower dash panel and the cowl top. Fits 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with either air conditioning or without air conditioning. Ford part number C9ZB-6504672-A.

One end attaches to the right of the brake pedal support, and the other to the dash panel. Original Ford part number C9ZB-6504510.

Used bracket or mounting tab that often gets lost when servicing the air conditioning plenum. Attaches to the box with two screws and has stud that goes through the engine firewall for mounting the A/C box assembly under the dash. Basically the same part as found on 1967-68 brackets, but this one has a slightly longer stud. Replaces Ford part number C9ZZ-18A456-A.

Used lower quarter window bracket for any 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang non-fastback. This is the lower bracket that mounts to the bottom of the stationary slider bracket. This bracket adjusts the top movement in and out of the rear seat glass. Power or manual crank, hard top or convertible, driver or passenger side. Stamped steel bracket for mounting the power steering pump. Ford called this bracket the 'power steering pump adjusting bracket'. For any 1970 Cougar or Mustang with 351 or Boss 302 engines, additionally Mustangs with F code 302 V8 engines too. Note the larger "U" shaped fitting to fit the 1970 only larger pressure port. A small spacer was used when installed without air conditioning.
