Used passenger side outer bucket seat IVY GOLD hinge cover, for any 1967 Mercury Cougar. This is for only a single hinge cover in used condition. Most will have minor scuffs or imperfections. These do not accept paint very well. The factory did modify these by trimming the end that goes under the upholstery. What we have in stock is what we have, some trimmed, some not. Used servo cover from a 1967-68 Ford C-6 transmission. This cover has the big H cast into it, which designates it as an "H" Intermediate Servo Band Cover. Typically, this cover would be found on U code C6's, with Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs with S code 390-4V engines. Cover only, marked C6AP-7D027-D.

This 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang shield, was installed at the factory to protect the heater motor from being damaged when the Big Block 390 / 428CJ's were being dropped in. As noted in the factory assembly manuals we sell, they were supposed to be removed once the motor was in place. Attractive reproduction of a very popular, over the counter Mercury dress-up accessory. The only Cougars that came from the factory with this real wood shifter were the 1970 Eliminator and 1968 XR7G. If you want to install factory shoulder belts on your 1967 Cougar or Mustang, you need to install these shoulder belt brackets. It's a threaded block inserted into the clip that holds it in place. 67 Cougars and Mustangs didn't come with shoulder belts, but the raised area where these brackets attach is still present. Fine scratches but great for the guy who wants original. The Reproduction does not have the II-DMI-6 lettering at the bottom like this original. You will have to carefully peel (roll back) the aluminum backing that is glued in place before gluing it in your mirror. If you use needle nose pliers and take your time it usually works fine. This tube is embedded into the cylinder head making it rather difficult to remove intact. Note that the nut and ferrule assembly is made of two pieces, with the ferrule being a compression fitting used to secure the smog tubes to a series of ports on the cylinder head. Sold individually, 8 total needed for smog installation. Application is 1967 - 1970 390, 427. 428CJ engines. In 1975 Ford started making these out of stainless steel.
