There is not a special part number for this mounting bracket that was originally spot welded to the front of the headlamp switch. We offer these for use with our reproduction headlamp switch. This grade "B" light bezel will have minor blemishes in the chrome as shown. Good part for a driver as it will not have deep pits. Does not include pigtail or lens. Left is the same as right. To remove pigtail from your existing light wrap socket in cloth to protect and grip firmly with a pair of pliers, rock back and forth while pulling and the plug and socket assembly should come right out from the back side. Replaces Ford part # C8WY-15A201-C.

Ford never offered this socket / plug assembly on its own but we do from time to time get one that has a clean socket and no cuts in the wiring. You can often just twist and pull (after the bulb has been removed) and it will come right out of the chrome housing. The Ford engineering number imprinted on the wire is C8WB-15A442-A.

For use with factory and reproduction console parts on a 1968 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Plugs into your existing console wiring harness. Double male plug is 1968 only. Sold without light bulb. The supplier says this replaces Ford part number C7ZZ-15A808-B but that is incorrect as the Ford part number for 68 is C8ZZ-15A808-B. To use this on a 67 the plug would have to be changed to a male / female combo plug.
