195 Degree Thermostat for the 351C, 351M or the 400. Factory spec temp for these engines is 192 degrees. Properly blocks off port that recirculates the water through the engine.

This is an accurate reproduction of the tie down notice decal that was placed on the rear license plate frame. This was to remind dealers to remove the tie down plates that were used to secure the cars to the transport trains / trucks on their way from the factory to the dealers. Folks, this one just doesn't fit. Probably fits a 1973 or later 302 Ford, but not on the Cougar? The crankshaft center hole is 2-9/16 inches, the originals were just over 2 inches in diameter.
