1969-70 actually used a star head bolt but these are a much more user friendly screw that will work in its place. Sold in a set of four which is what you will need for one seat.

The set consists of two front retractors (they are not side specific) that measure 22" fully extended tip to tip, and four lap belts. Used seat belt anchor plate that has been cut out from a car in our salvage yard. Must be welded to floor pan. 6 total per car, 2 inboard in the transmission tunnel, and 4 on the rear seat pans. This is a 100% complete, functional set taken from multiple 1967 Mercury Cougars. Often it takes 2-3 cars to put together one set, decent driver quality set as the driver side will often show excessive wear and other belts can be rusted or missing. This Mustang combination foam kit consists of a 1966 Mustang Pony Interior upper and a 1967 Mustang standard lower portion.
