Used original door latch actuating rod for either the driver / passenger on the 67 - 68 Cougar.

Door latch actuating rod with adjuster for all 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Curved end hooks to the outside door release button lever. The threaded lower end with adjuster attaches to the latch mechanism. Main threaded rod has a Ford part number of C9ZZ-6522152-A. Adjuster has a Ford part number of C5AZ-6221816-A. Same rod fits either the passenger or driver side doors.

Steel door latch reinforcement repair kit. Countersunk bushings and screws for reinforcing the inside the door mounted latches on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Kit has 6 machine screws and bushings, enough for both doors. The metal on the doors is very prone to cracking in the screw area for those latches.

These are identical on the driver and passenger sides.  Two required per car, sold individually. Dimensions: 9" x 3 1/2" Replaces part #: D2ZZ-18978.

These are the same left to right, convertible or coupe. These appear to be made from the same thickness of aluminum as original and weigh .44 pounds as opposed to .50 for the originals but the aluminum used is not nearly the quality of originals. You can literally mutilate these parts with your fingers as you would an aluminum can. We recommend the premium quality sills. These are a poor reproduction that will not hold up well over time, we cannot recommend this part. We HIGHLY recommend...

Fits both left or right, sold individually. These have a higher degree of luster than the originals but are made of same material and weigh exactly the same as our NOS examples. Very little difference from our more expensive version which is made using original tooling. Ford Logo sold separate, sold individually, two required per car. Used jumper wire for the door ajar switch as found on 1971-73 Mercury XR7's. One end has a spade connector for the ajar switch, the other end is a bullet connector to the main door harness. Fits both driver and passenger side, about 41 inches in length.Replaces Ford part number D1WB-10C865.

Exhaust manifold flange rings or 'doughnuts' for stock cast iron 428CJ exhaust manifolds. These are the malleable type that conform and slightly crush. Inside diameter just over 2-1/8 inches. Sold individually, two needed per car.

This A/C evaporator drain hose is molded flex hose similar to the original, but it will need to be cut to the proper length. It is correct for 67 - 68 but can be made to work on 69 - 73. Replaces Ford part #: C7ZZ-19858-C or C8TZ-19858-A.

Reproduction power steering drop bracket for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. One must use this part when installing headers with power steering.  Because of the way this bracket hangs down, it will get bumped and bumped hard in time. Becasue of this we recommend considerning our premuim version of this bracket, as it is substantially stronger.

Used fresh air vent duct found behind the driver side dash panel of all 1971-73 Mercury Cougar without air conditioning. Restoration tip - Ford used a ring of foam as a seal between the duct and fresh air vent. Replaces Ford part number D1WY-6501878-A.
