These 1969 molded vinyl, single post head rests were never offered on a Cougar or Mustang to our knowledge but they make a great "go-around" for the very expensive 1968 dual post headrests. This scoop was made by using an original 1972 Cougar GT scoop to make the mold. 1971-73 Cougar GT's, and the J code 429CJ with ram air, all used the same scoop. The dimensions are just like the original and measure 19-1/4" at the widest point on the front, 24-1/8" at the widest point at the rear, and 25-1/2" tall when stood on end and measured at its longest point.
