International Customers

Due to some ongoing challenges with the software we use to generate customs data and print shipping labels for international orders,
orders may take upto 7 days before we are able to generate the shipping label. If the order has USED item or items that need to be shipped from the supplier to us, it can take significantly longer.

Also be aware that even though we ship items with the proper documentation to show that duties and taxes are prepaid, some Postal Services are ignoring this and still charging these fees at delivery. If this occurs to you, please send us a copy of the receipt showing the tracking number with the fees paid and we can get the Duties/Taxes we charged to you refunded.

UK Customers / EU Customers

We are using a new shipping service where international shipments now include the Duties/Tax/Fees, so currently we can not offer USPS/Mail Innovations if the order is over 135GBP/150EUR, since USPS can not pay duties/taxes. If the order is less than 135GBP/150EUR, we can pay the taxes directly to the EU/UK and we can ship USPS/Mail Innovations*. All orders over 135GBP/150EUR have to ship UPS/DHL so we can use DDP to cover the Duties/Tax/Fees. This has allowed us to resume shipments of any value to the UK and EU.

TIP: You will likely be able to ship your order for less cost if you ship any items over 135GBP/150EUR on one order via UPS, then break the rest of the order up into orders of less than 135GBP/150EUR.

By breaking your orders up into less than 135GBP/150EUR:

you will avoid the import duties on those orders
less expensive shipping methods are available
you will avoid some UPS fees

Canadian Customers

We have worked with UPS to waive some of the brokerage fees. The rates shown now include all UPS fees. We have also added DHL, which offers lower cross boarder fees.

Our shipping provider has added Duties Prepaid options for US Postal Service options to Canada. This has allowed us to resume USPS shipments to Canada.

However, beware that this is a new process for the Post Office, so sometimes Canada Post shows the duties and taxes COD, when they are actually prepaid. If this happens, first inform Canada Post that the shipment was sent duties prepaid (DDP). If they still require you to pay the duties before delivery, please contact us.

Turkey Customers

The international shipping software we use requires that we pre-collect and pre-pay the duties and taxes. Because of recent changes to Turkey import laws, Turkey no longer supports this. Because of this you will need to use a shipping broker for us to ship items to you.

US Postal Service (USPS)

Our new international shipping system supports international shipments via USPS only if the order total (including shipping to most countries) is below the Duty/Tax De Minimis for your country (View De Minimis Chart).
Exceptions:
UK orders upto 135GBP
EU orders upto 150EUR

The US Postal Service (USPS) has suspended services to over a dozen countries (see complete list).
UPS Worldwide Services \ DHL Worldwide can still be delivered to these locations.

NOTE: WILL NOT FIT 69-73 COUGAR WITHOUT MODIFICATION TO THE CORE SUPPORT OR SPACING THE HEADLIGHT FORWARD APROXIMATELY 1/4"

Reproduction complete set of halogen projection headlight bulbs for your 67 - 73 Cougar or 69 Mustang. Integrating the newest modern projection headlight technology into a slim compact bulb, these headlights will fit right into your existing headlight bucket. Each kit comes with the proper wiring adapters so all you need to do is plug one end into the bulb and the other end into your headlight harness.

NOTE: From the factory, Ford made the alignment tabs different passenger vs driver side so you would not accidentally put a bulb in the wrong location. These projection beam housings are the same left to right so you will have to either grind off the little plastic alignment tabs or purchase another pair of outer headlight adjustment rings (headlight cups). Also know that the 90 degree plug at the back of each bulb is adjustable so you can rotate it to best fit your needs. Just remove the three phillips screws on the back and rotate to the desired position. (see above photo sequence).

Is this kit compatible with the "Headlight Relay Kit - Full Kit, Item: 10499"? The wire connectors for this kit (item: 31151) do not match the factory connections. Thank you.

This kit will work with either a factory harness or the Headlight Relay Kit. One end of the wire in this kit has the modern headlight connection, the other end has a replica of the 2 prong (high beam) and 3 prong (low beam) plug to plug directly into the factory harnesses.
