This sound deadener is comprised of one layer of tar sound deadener and a layer of Jute. Used Two Spoke Steering Wheel Pad for the 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This plastic cover was put in place to cover the void at the very top of the panel. They are side specific and the textured side is installed upwards, on the bottom side you will find the Ford engineering number C9ZB-7654607-A and are marked L.H. for the passenger side.

We often will have B grade knobs with less than great chrome plating for lots less money.
