    Used Two Spoke Steering Wheel Pad for the 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Grade B pads will have minor scuffs and scratches and will need to be repainted. 

    Keep in mind that the pad pictured is just a reference photo and not the actual color you will receive.

    Hi Heath, Just add the item to your cart, then click on the cart icon in the header of the site, then click the View Full Shopping Cart button. Once in the Full Cart screen, choose United Kingdom as your country, and then enter your city and postal code and click the Go button. The system will then quote the shipping to your location.
