The Cougar used a seat riser that was about one inch lower in height compared to the Mustang so as to compensate for the more plush foam and upholstery.

Passenger side (right hand) front seat floor pan. This pan is cut from the full floor pans in order to save on shipping costs when a customer does not need the entire length pan. The wand will be intact on this grade "A" driver side (left hand) remote mirror and the chrome will be free of pits. Notice the 1970 mirrors differ from 1969 in that the wand exits the door panel at a 90 degree angle. Ford Casting number as seen on the bottom side is D0OB-17713-AW. Many people misinterpret it as D00B-17713-AW, D00B-17713-AW or DO0B-17713-AW. Perfect base with no cracks or bends. The Pastel Blue base is from a 1970 and the Red base from a 1971. Even when placed side by side it is hard to tell the difference. Original space saver tire marked F78-15 from a 1970's Mercury or Ford. GoodYear brand it has the larger hub size, bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2. We often will have B grade knobs with less than great chrome plating for lots less money.
