Premium reproduction rubber seal with the proper thickness of the 1967 and 1968 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Also for the 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, and 1973 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang

Premium reproduction rubber seal with the proper thickness of the 1967-68 seal as found on Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang except these are not molded to the extension contours. Sold in a 52 inch length. Starting in 1969 this channel seal was manufactured slightly smaller which tightened up the gap on the fender and quarter extension seals. This seal maintains the slightly larger gaps.

*NOTE* Do not over tighten the studs that mount the extensions. They are made from a soft metal and will dimple easily in the area where the studs meet the extension. "Snug" the nuts gently.

If you want the right ones, order from WCCC. I ordered some for our 69 Torino from Mac's who is the preemininant Torino Ranchero supplier and guess what? They were horrible. Did not work, but knew WCCC seals would work. Thanks to WCCC my Torino seals worked out great, and glad your company exists with such fine products. Thank You Don Rush!

Package arrived on time, no problems. Easy to install on my 1970 XR7 convertable.

Extensions all fit as expected and look great with the new paint.
