This is the correct, original gasket for your 1971-73 Mercury Cougar antenna. Not only is it much thicker than the Ford Mustang gasket, but it also has a different overall geometry to it. Used firewall grommet for the under dash harness. This grommet is actually part of the actual wiring harness, but every once in a while we have bad harnesses that we "part out" for pigtails or items such as this.    

These are reproduction heater hose grommets for the heater hose to pass through the firewall. Most of the firewalls that we have seen have a flared opening for the hose without a grommet. These are a more dense rubber than our other versions. Still not sure that they are needed?

Reproduction 4002 incandescent (non-halogen) low beam light bulb for the 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1973 Mercury Cougar. Pair of used wire anchors for keeping the rear most headliner bow stationary. These are fragile wires, and prone to rusting. We try to keep them in inventory. 1967-68 anchor wires are 5-9/16 inches long. A DIY person can improvise these pretty easy, using lengths of regular wire. Ford part # C4OB-6252180.

Reproduction gas tank to filler pipe hose fits the 67 to 70 Mercury Cougar, measures 4 1/2" long. Excludes 1970 with California emissions. Even if yours is not cracked it will be hard if it is over two decades old. We highly suggest you replace this part if yours is in fact hardened with age because a minor rear end collision could cause it to fail and send fuel spilling into your trunk area. D2PZ-8597-A New Old Stock service replacement. Fits 260/289/302 engines from 1966-69. The water bypass hose goes between the water pump and water neck that attaches to the intake manifold.

This reproduction emergency / parking brake idler bracket welds to the under side of the floor on the driver side (left hand) of the vehicle and has the factory spec pin.

We think that this jumper or adapter wiring lead, was used in 1967 when the Neutral safety switch changed from two separate plugs to a single square 4 combination plug. There could have been an overlap where the plug from the firewall to the 14401 main under dash harness changed to the single square 4 combination plug. We have also observed the two separate neutral safety switch plugs plugged directly into the updated square 4 plug. 

Reproduction insulation located behind the kick panels on the 71 - 73 Cougar or mustang. Correct cut allows access to the door hinge bolts.

Good reproduction of a knob that is always broken off. Made from milled aluminum rather than plastic as the originals were made. This makes it so it is not as susceptible to breaking off. Unique to Cougars with tilt columns in 1968 - 1969. Replaces Ford part number C8MY-17513-C. 1971 - 1973 Cougar wiper control switch knob. In early (May 3, 1971) Mercury changed the knob. This is the later knob. Hex shaped knob, good used, may show some minor wear.

Used " Red " high beam indicator lens for the Mercury Cougar. This is for late 1968 which uses the small housing. The 1967 lens was blue in color. The lens may have a slight arc to it due to the heat from the bulb over time.
