Temperature thermostat for use in very early 1967 cars with 390 engines. 2-1/2 inches in diameter, 195°degree opening like OEM Ford. This is a Stant brand of thermostat. Note, this is a larger diameter thermostat than the common one used on a small block and most Ford engines. Only used with the intake and thermostat housing with large size diameter of 2-1/2 inches.

This is an accurate reproduction of the tie down notice decal that was placed on the rear license plate frame. This was to remind dealers to remove the tie down plates that were used to secure the cars to the transport trains / trucks on their way from the factory to the dealers. Reproduction trunk wheel house seam cover for the Ford Mustang. I have actually never seen an original pair of these on a car, but they do serve a purpose if you are in the habit of cramming your trunk full of items you do not want scratched. These attach to the protruding seam where the inner and outer wheelhouse bond together and measure about 14" in length. You will have to modify these to fit your Cougar. Only sold in black.
