Left side Thermactor smog tube with the jog and bracket around the coil. Bare tube, installation hardware is not included. Must have the correct cylinder heads with the drilled and tapped holes for these tubes. Also called air manifold, this unit is part of the air manifold assembly.

This snorkel was found on the XR7-G model with a 390 or 428 engine with the tall pent roof finned aluminum valve covers. The HERTZ model with the 390 engine used a chrome "Powered By Ford" chrome valve cover and did not need the extra length in the extension. This is a refurbished snorkel made from original parts. Very high quality construction.Ford part # C8WY-9A626-B.

This one year only, 1969 S code 390-4V or 390IP (Improved performance). Same jog as the 428CJ snorkel. It is technically a 428CJ snorkel with the addition of an adapter on the heat riser opening reducing it down for use with a 2 inch I.D. paper "S" tube. Ford part number C9OZ-9A626-C.

This is a 1968 only part that is correct for Cougars equipped with the 390 GT "S" code motor. Whether your Cougar has the GT package or not, as long as it has a 4V 390 motor, this is the correct snorkel for your Cougar. The internal dimensions of the opening at the air cleaner base end measure 4 1/8" X 2 3/16", the flange mounting holes measure 5 1/2" on center. The opening for the S tube is 2 3/4". The only Cougar that we know came factory equipped with this part is the Cobra Jet. According to the Master Parts Catalog (MPC), any Cougar with a 3.91 or 4.11 rear end and a C-6 would have been equipped with this reducer. This is a part that we will probably never have on hand, but would love to document. Used 15x7" stock stamped steel wheel for your Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Originally, this unit was a black painted steel wheel that came with a small cap and deep trim ring. Ford part # D0OZ-1007-A.

These right and left bezels would be considered grade A cores with no cracks or chips. Often there is a missing mounting stud or two on the backside but nothing that shows. Complete used kit as taken off of a clean Western Eliminator or 1970 Cougar equipped with competition handling package. This factory applied paint daub was to remind the line worker that this side was the passenger side. The bolt measures 11 1/2" long total width and the spacer measures 7" long.  These are both longer than what you would find on a 1970 Mustang. This new old stock intermittent wiper switch has a two speed wiper function, but when turned counter clockwise, it has a rheostat that sets the different delay times. Switches can be physically marked with casting numbers of C9ZB-17A553-E, C9ZF-17A553-B or C9ZF-17A553-C. Any of which can be correct, and chances are, there are probably other casting numbers out there as well. This 69 switch has a total length of 3 3/8". A 1970 switch can be used, but the shaft is about 3/8" longer....
