Reproduction Console Ashtray Bumper for the 1967 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang.

The picture above shows these bumpers installed in the 100% correct reproduction console that we sell. These are sold individually, 2 required per car. Replaces Ford part # 379919.

New chrome finish screws for attaching OEM consoles. Screws fit all stock consoles 1967-73 on Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang, most any Ford consoles actually. Phillips head oval. 1967-68 consoles use 4 attaching screws, 1969-70 consoles need 6 along the outside, 1971-73 consoles have a total of 8 screws along the outside. These are 1-1/2 inches long like the originals.

The decal I most often see on the 1971-1973 Cougar is the used one pictured here. Will be trying to locate this decal soon.

Reproduction Convertible Top Utica Plant Decal for the 1970 - 1973 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang 

Copper crush washer for all disc brake hoses and calipers 1968-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford cars like Mustang. Size 0.39" x 0.62" x 0.062". Four needed per car, two per side (one on each side of the disc brake hose end) sold indiividually.

Replaces Ford part #C1SZ-13783. Replaces burnt, cracked or missing original lenses located above the rear package tray.  Two required per car, sold individually.

This plastic socket is very brittle and almost always breaks when installing a new door jamb switches. Does not fit cars with Warning Group with door ajar option. Simply install by carefully breaking the old brittle plastic socket apart with pliers to free up the wire leads and plug wire leads into the new socket.

Covers the metal, foot operated headlight dimmer on the driver side floor pan. Replaces ford part #: C5ZZ-13533-A.

CRC contact cleaner is intended for cleaning sensitive electronics and electrical equipment. Great for cleaning edge connectors, buss bars, circuits, contacts, printed circuit boards, switches, circuit breakers, etc. Safe on most plastics.

Parking brake return spring cup for the 69 - 73 Cougar or Mustang. This cup sits at the end of the spring and is held in place by an adjusting nut. It's used to keep the spring from sliding off of the front emergency / parking brake cable.

This "D" clip is larger than that found on the Mustangs and 1967 Cougar because it not only hung the wiring loom on the driver side of your engine compartment but also the vacuum lines going to the headlight switch. This clip is also found under the starter solenoid and under dash. We think that it is Ford part number 382184.

These studs and nuts are used to repair the passenger side mounting studs. The studs need to be drilled out using a 1/4" drill bit. Once done, use a 2 part epoxy and install the stud. Make sure to avoid getting epoxy on the threads where the nut will be installed. Once dry, install the bezel into the dash and use a 3/8 # deep well socket to install the nut. CAUTION: Only tighten finger tight to avoid cracking or breaking the bezel.

Used metal dash support brace for all 1967-68 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Fastens to the lower flange of the metal dash panel and attaches to the inner cowl, 8-1/2 inches long. Viewed in the 1967 Osborn Body Assembly Manual on page 23. Replaces Ford part numbers C7ZB-6504672 or C7ZZ-6504672-A.

Used metal dash support brace for all 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Fastens to the lower flange of the metal dash panel and attaches to the inner cowl, 10 inches long. Replaces Ford part numbers D1ZB-6504672-A.

There are five of these on the RH side that hold your plastic dash to the metal understructure. These also hold on the map light. Sold Individually. Ford Part #: 376642-S.
