This is the 1.37" X 1.66 X .31 plastic grommet that goes inside the trunk to protect the trunk wires from rubbing the edges of the sheet metal body. This grommet was also used for the hood light wiring under the hood.

This brass connector screws to the dash structure and serves as a ground point for the instrument cluster wiring harness. See photo above as a reference of connection point. Good for both Standard and XR7 67 - 68 Cougars.

Hard to find little detail item that is often times missing. Correct for Ford Mustang as well. According to the 1968 Cougar Electrical Assembly Manual on page #57, the cowl ground strap is called the "Strap Radio Receiver Hood Bonding." Ford part # C5AA-18870-A

Used random brand 4001 high beam headlight for the Mercury Cougar. High beam headlights are distinguished by the number 1 at 12 o'clock position and the 2 prong connection on the back. We guarantee these units to work. Basic Ford part # 13007-B.

Used random 4000 or 4002 brand low beam headlight for the Mercury Cougar. Low beam headlights are distinguished by the number 2 at 12 o'clock and the 3 prong connection on the back. We guarantee these units to work. Replaces basic Ford part # 13007-B.

Reproduction rubber hose connector as used on the 1968 headlight hoses. A pair of these connectors connects the color coded hoses that lead to the headlamps from the short hoses coming out of the firewall from the headlight switch. Replaces Ford part # C8WY-13A170-B

Clip used to route the wiring harness along the driver side of the engine compartment.

Pair of used wire anchors for keeping the rear most headliner bow stationary. These are fragile wires, and prone to rusting.
