Reproduction disc brake hose bolt for any 1968-73 Mercury Cougar and generally all other Ford cars with factory disc brakes. Special hollow bolt with cross drilled hole. Attaches the high pressure hose to the caliper.

These barrel nuts or clips are exactly like the original ones inserted into the trunk for attaching 1967-68 "Mercury" script, and 1971-72 Mercury Cougar "Mercury" Hood scripts. The manufacturer indicates that these tubular nuts fit 1/8" holes. Pin size on those emblems are 3/32". These clips are also used to attach the 1967 quarter panel emblems. New rubber body plug, fits oval rear shock access hole. 1-3/4" x 3-5/16" oval holes. Sold individually, Usually 2 per car. Fits 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang.Replaces Ford plugs marked 378923-S.

Front retractor bolt, used in conjunction with two rubber spacer / washers and one washer. The two rubber washers go on either side of the re-tractor mounting hole and the metal washer is against the inner rocker.

Inner front bolt, long length to clear sound deadener. Used in conjunction with a thick, gold spacer washer.

Rear seat belt bolt, four per car used in conjunction with two red washer / spacers. 13/16" hex head, 1-1/4 inch bolt with a 3/16 inch shoulder. Can be either smooth headed or have a Heavy or Light "A". There is another version of this same bolt with a smooth head and no markings.

Window stop bolt for 69-70 Cougars. Each stop needs 2 bolts

Measures 3/4" tall with a captured lock washer. These were removed from 1969 and 1970 428 Cobra Jet Fans. More research is needed before we can conclusively post the interchange and application details on these bolts. Would love to hear what you have found on your original Cougars equipped with a fan clutch.
