    These nut plates were exactly the same as the OEM ones on my window track. In order to replace the regulator I had to drill out the original screws. These nut plates were just what I needed to complete the job.

    These were absolutely required for me because the 2 of the 3 screws holding the door window to the regulator track are so tight you have to drill them out. This means the screw will break off in the clip and you'll need to replace both the screw and the clip. The only screw I could remove without ruining the head was the screw that goes into the square nut. This was the case on each door.
