This listing is for a 3 bolt type upper ball joint, NOS, original Ford Service replacement upper control arm assembly. We have a very hard time keeping these in stock but we keep the listing up as it is good for comparison sake when considering the differences between reproduction and OEM. Keep in mind, service replacement parts often differ slightly from what actually came on the car. Over the years tooling is often replaced or modified and suppliers of things like fasteners often change....

This desirable option was used only on the driver side seat of the LATE 71-73 Cougar and Mustang. This is for seats that have the seat release knobs on the outsides of the seats. New to the Market! Correct convertible side tension cables for the 71 through 73 Cougar and Mustang.  Replaces Ford Part #: D1ZZ-652806-A.  

This pair of reproduction convertible top hooks are beautifully chrome plated and features correct thread size. Looks close to original. These hooks are actually for 71 - 73 Cougars and Mustangs, but will work just fine on the 69 - 70.

Quality reproduction power top or convertible switch for 1971-73 Ford Mustang. Switch comes with black toggle tip and chromed screw on bezel. This is a Mustang part that will not fit in the 3 gang switch on the dash of your XR7 Cougar. The only reason we list it is that if one wanted to mount this elsewhere on the dash it would at least match the look. Used Cougar convertible top / power sunroof switches are very hard to come by thus the need for a possible "go-around" fix.

Crankshaft oil slinger for all 429, 429CJ, 429SCJ, Boss 429, or 460 engines, the "385" series. Goes on the crankshaft after the timing gear and before the timing chain cover. It does have a purpose on the vintage engines.  Ford part number C8SZ-6310-A.

Single cylinder head from 1973 Mercury Cougar with Q code 351C-4V engines. Sold as a core, needs thorough cleaning and rebuilding prior to use. Inside door handle release mechanism for the driver side on base model standard 1972-73 Cougar and Mustang. This latch mechanism went through a couple of revisions by the end of 1973. These is the correct driver side backing plate (sometimes called a splash shield) for 1968 - 1973 Cougars and Mustangs. Sold individually by side, each plate comes with the backing plate retainer.
