This is an exact replacement for a 1970 remote sport mirror. Nearly indistinguishable from a 1968. Obviously a larger ball and longer than found on 1969, 1971-73 remote mirrors. This threaded replacement wand will require you to cut 8/32" fine threads in your original controller. We mill out the raised portion of the bezel where the lights are framed. We mill flat the panel so that the reproduction block off plate can be attached flush with the panel. AMK seat belt washer B-13023. 0.46" ID x 1.25" OD zinc flat washer. Sized so that it rides on the shoulder of the seat belt bolts. It allows the retractor to rotate freely between this washer and the head of the seat belt bolt on 1969-73 cars. Two required per car, used only on the re-tractors.

This is the rubber spacer / washer that goes between the bolt head and the metal washer of your seat belt hardware. The purpose of the rubber washer is to dampen any vibrations caused by the movement of the seat belt.Sold individually# 354959-S

This is actually not correct for a 1968 but it is all that is available in reproduction. The 1968 front is actually the same 4 1/4" length as the rear. This is a very rare find. "Grade A" 1969 XR7 / Shelby only, crack free original lid. Grade A will exhibit minimal loss of texture and will still be pliable.
