Will fit 1967 FE engine blocks too. Those technically used an adapter with a casting number of C0AE-6881-A.

Famous 'Cal Custom' aluminum finned oil pan that was so popular throughout the 60's, 70's and 80's. It has not been available for years, but it is back again. Pan is made from all new pressure die cast tooling and then fully machined to offer a precise fit and leak free installation. Used oil screen pick up tube assembly from a FE or big  block 1966-70 Ford car, such as 352, 390, 410, 428, or 428CJ engine. This is for most front sump oil pans. New pair of white and yellow paint sticks for the Mercury or Ford. These units were used by FORD at the assembly plants to mark fender aprons, radiator support, transmission, rear end housing, sheet metal, glass and variety of other parts. It's often little details like this that separate first and second place at the show.

Used threaded PCV valve for use on 390-4V, 428CJ, 427-4V cars from 1967-70. Unknown functioning condition, these have the correct threaded tops and work with either of the 90° elbows available, reproduction or OEM Ford.

Pertronix brand 7mm spark plug wires. These are performance oriented wires compared to the concours spark plug wires. For any 1967-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford with 289 or 302 engines. Black wires and boots, quality spark plug wires taylor made for the small block Ford engines. Recommended by Pertronix for use with the Flame Thrower coils.

C8OZ-8509-C 1968 427 / 390-4V without air conditioning and 1968-1970 428CJ without air conditioning. Thermactor on all applications, power steering optional. 3 sheave pulley with two different diameters. The MPC lists it as 6 inches on the dual sheave portion and 5-1/16 inches on the outer but we find the actual outer most measurements to be 6 1/8" wide on the dual pulley and 5 3/16" wide on the single sheave pulley. Must have the correct cylinder heads with the drilled and tapped holes for these tubes. Also called air manifold, this unit is part of the air manifold assembly.

This tube is embedded into the cylinder head making it rather difficult to remove intact. Note that the nut and ferrule assembly is made of two pieces, with the ferrule being a compression fitting used to secure the smog tubes to a series of ports on the cylinder head. This snorkel was found on the XR7-G model with a 390 or 428 engine with the tall pent roof finned aluminum valve covers. The HERTZ model with the 390 engine used a chrome "Powered By Ford" chrome valve cover and did not need the extra length in the extension. This is a refurbished snorkel made from original parts. Very high quality construction.Ford part # C8WY-9A626-B.

This is a 1968 only part that is correct for Cougars equipped with the 390 GT "S" code motor. Whether your Cougar has the GT package or not, as long as it has a 4V 390 motor, this is the correct snorkel for your Cougar. The internal dimensions of the opening at the air cleaner base end measure 4 1/8" X 2 3/16", the flange mounting holes measure 5 1/2" on center. The opening for the S tube is 2 3/4". Please keep in mind that our hard to find parts like this are not always competitively priced...

The Wittek Company manufactured the tower clamps used on the Cougar from 1967 to 1973, the Mustang from 1964 1/2 to 1973, as well as many other Ford and Mercury cars during that period. In October or 1993, the company filed for bankruptcy. This has made the tower clamp unavailable to the classic car restorer. Our supplier was able to bid at the auction for enough of the original tooling and parts to make these clamps...

This little device may not appear to be all that important, but it has a big job to do when your engine gets too hot. The threaded end looks a bit like an engine temperature sensor, and that's because it is. It's normally mounted on the intake manifold or engine block where it can sense coolant temperature.The three ports at the other end are for vacuum connections. C8OE-C-SR WCCC Carter service replacement anti backfire valve, but without the outer cover having the concours correct stampings.These units are used, not tested and one should assume they are non-functional.

C8WY-6582-C  Cast aluminum running cat valve cover for 1968 Mercury Cougar XR7-G with X code 390-2V , S code 390-4V, or R code 428CJ engines. Original valve cover, FE running cat valve covers were not side specific. One cat will face forward and one will face backwards on your Cougar. Originally cast by Shelby American Inc #S7MS-6582.

These are quality reproductions of the aluminum valve covers used on the XR7-G (except HERTZ models) or as an optional over the counter upgrade for any FE equipped big block Cougar.
