Used distributor modulator thermal switch for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang equipped with the M code 351C-4V engine and FMX automatic transmission. Originally this switch was mounted in the drivers side door jamb and had a bimetal strip that was calibrated for ambient temperatures between 50 and 58°F. Keep in mind that if you have the original motor mounts in your 1967 with a 289 or 1969-1970 convertible these mounts will not work. Nobody sells motor mounts for them, period. This is contrary to what every auto parts store will tell you.
