Two piece kit, one piece for the headliner, and a second piece for covering the sunroof panel.On early production cars Ford pulled the cars off the assembly line to sent them to ASC Golde for install. Golde used 3 bows for installing the headliner, whereas in later production Ford used 2 bows when installing them on the assembly line. These headliners are for 2 bows installations. Factory installed, used engine mount heat shield, for any 1969-70 Boss 302 Mercury Cougar Eliminator or Ford Mustang. Mounts to the driver side mount and the asbestos portion lays under the exhaust manifold. Basic Ford part number is 6C038 for motor mount heat shields.  *Note - this item will likely not work with headers.*Note - this part does contain asbestos.
