You will not realize how yellowed your original is until you put it next to this new one. Correct for XR7 or standard 67-68 consoles. Note, these install much easier if you trim a small sliver off each of the four mounting tabs with a utility blade.

This pin protrudes from both ends of the wheel cylinder and are responsible for moving the brake shoe in and out when pressure is applied as well as keeping the brake shoe in place. Exact replacement inside door handle nut, trunk lock nut, and hood scoop nut. Same finish as originals. 10 of these are used to mount the 68-71 hood scoop found on the 68 428 CJ, 69-70 Eliminator, 69-70 428 Ram Air equipped Cougars and 71 GT and 429CJ. Two of these per door are used on the 69-70 inside door release. Two of of these nuts used to attach 1967-68 Cougar trunk locks.

The four part, die cast vinyl top trim kit requires 15 (right rear under back glass is the odd ball that requires five fasteners) of these speed nut fasteners.
