New Old Stock, technically a 'newer', NOS or service replacement driver side lower door hinge for 1969-70 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This version has the pin flattened out like a rivet as shown. Also this one has a slightly wallered out hole for mounting to the door.

These reproduction door hinge bolts are for the Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang and fit both standard and XR7 Cougar. They are sold in a set of 24.Intended for the 1968-70 hinges that are stamped steel, and not cast iron like 1967 hinges.

Reproduction rubber bumper for your 67 - 73 Cougar or Mustang door latch mechanism. The bumper sits on the inside of your door latch mechanism, and is there to dampen the blow from the striker when you close your door.

Door latch actuating rod with adjuster for all 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Curved end hooks to the outside door release button lever. The threaded lower end with adjuster attaches to the latch mechanism. Main threaded rod has a Ford part number of C9ZZ-6522152-A. Adjuster has a Ford part number of C5AZ-6221816-A. Same rod fits either the passenger or driver side doors.

These are the screws that secure the door latch mechanism to the door shell. These screws come with the attached crown headed lock washer, just like the originals, so be sure to tighten them down snugly to ensure that the screw head sits flush into the screw holes. Steel door latch reinforcement repair kit. Countersunk bushings and screws for reinforcing the inside the door mounted latches on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Kit has 6 machine screws and bushings, enough for both doors. The metal on the doors is very prone to cracking in the screw area for those latches.

Ford calls this Rod - Door Latch Push Button. This is the inside driver side manual door locking rod. Side specific to the driver side on any 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. Your chromed plastic lock knob threads onto the threaded end, the lower end hooks onto the door latch. Ford part number C9ZZ-6521853-A.

Ford calls this Rod - Door Latch Push Button. This is the inside passenger side manual door locking rod. Side specific to the passenger side on any 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. Often when your door will not latch this is the culprit.

These are the same left to right, convertible or coupe. These appear to be made from the same thickness of aluminum as original and weigh .44 pounds as opposed to .50 for the originals but the aluminum used is not nearly the quality of originals. You can literally mutilate these parts with your fingers as you would an aluminum can. We recommend the premium quality sills. Ford never made these in stainless but what a great upgrade! The advantage we see with these is that they do not dent or scratch as easy when you release your seat belt. Very nice reproduction, silver zinc finish like original. Correct texture and even an original type date stamped on the head. Comes complete with striker plate, shim, and screws. The only difference between the 67 Cougar and the 68 - 70 is that the 67 came with the 8-66 date stamp, the rest came with the 11-67 date stamp.
