C7AZ-6582-A Ford engine blue painted valve cover with "Powered by Ford" embossed in the metal. Correct on 1967-1969 Mercury Cougar with 390 engines. We are pretty sure that these painted valve covers were installed on non-GT cars without the engine dress up kits. Most 6.5 liter cars and the X code 390-2V would have had these painted valve covers. Reproduction pair of aluminum 428CJ valve covers. Correct on 1969-1970 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 428CJ engines. This is the plain finned aluminum valve cover. Sometimes called 1969 Shelby valve covers. Ford master part number C9ZZ-6582-B. Casting number can also be C9ZE-6583-B. *Note - Some 1969-70 428 Super Cobra Jet engines came with a different style of  "Snake" finned aluminum valve covers.

These "Cal Custom" style Valve Covers look great and really compliment the Finned Oil Pan and Air Cleaner. These covers offer a true "old school" look. * Requires one of each of the following (sold separately): PVC grommet, oil cap grommet, and push on style oil cap.

Finned aluminum Ford cast valve covers for any 1970-71 Ford or Mercury with 429CJ engine. Almost correct on 1971 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with N or C code 429CJ engines. D0OE-6583-A is the part number cast on both. These both have the same opening for the oil filler cap on both sides. Technically, for 1971, the passenger side cover would have a round hole for the PCV grommet and have a D1OE-6583-CA casting number.

These valve covers no longer come with the word "Cougar", only the walking cat. Before these high quality reproductions were reproduced original pairs often traded hands for $400-600. This pair is better quality than the originals in every way. They will allow for roller tip rockers (unlike originals) have better quality casting characteristics and are made from better material. These were standard on every 1968 302 XR7-G and an over the counter option for any 289 302 or 351 Windsor equipped...

Same as our crinkle finished Mercury Cougar valve covers but with a polished finish. These are rarely in stock so do not be surprised if our system will not let you order. We get these from Scott Drake and the only reason they polish a few sets a year is when they find a set of black covers that have a defect, they send them in to be polished. So... The only time we have these in stock is when they find blems to polish. Please do not ask us when we expect to get more in, we have no idea when...

Nice reproduction oil dipstick made from all steel, painted Ford engine blue. Only fits 289 or 302 Ford engines from 1967-73. These dipstick tubes have the 'full' and 'add' markings in the correct place, however they do not have any Ford part numbers stamped on them. Black steel as shown, not plain shiny steel like originals. Replaces Ford part # C7OE-6750-B or C8OE-6750-B.

Crankshaft oil slinger for all 429, 429CJ, 429SCJ, Boss 429, or 460 engines, the "385" series. Goes on the crankshaft after the timing gear and before the timing chain cover. It does have a purpose on the vintage engines.  Ford part number C8SZ-6310-A.

Used 1970-72 black AUTOLITE marked oil fill cap with black plastic elbow. Several variations noted from our collection, AUTOLITE and MOTORCRAFT versions. Will need detailing or fresh black paint applied. Would also suggest replacing the rubber grommet. These 50 year old rubber grommets are rock hard and likely leak air. Famous 'Cal Custom' aluminum finned oil pan that was so popular throughout the 60's, 70's and 80's. It has not been available for years, but it is back again. Pan is made from all new pressure die cast tooling and then fully machined to offer a precise fit and leak free installation. These look great in combination with the Finned Air Cleaner and Valve Covers. Replaces Ford Part #: C5ZZ-6675.
