For any year 1967 1968 1969 1970 Mercury Cougar with an FE 390, 427, or 428CJ engine. Identified by the round dimple stamped into it. Compare the OEM used part price to the reproduction part. For restoration purposes, this bracket was factory painted satin black.

This complete four part kit is correct for any 1967-68 small block 289 or 302, and 351 Windsor Mercury Cougar or Ford anything 1967, 1968 and 1969. Used aluminum pump mounting bracket, front adjusting bracket with large hole, pivot stud, and nut.If you do not have a air conditioning you will need a spacer in place of the round spacer shown. If you have the 351 Windsor without A/C, you will need a the rectangular spacer which is sold separately.

Good used center with no crack, missing paint or broken mounting tabs. This was used on all 1969 Cougars with a three spoke wheel except the XR7.

This little emblem was used only on the two spoke steering wheels from 1969 - 1973. We can pretty much guarantee one if not both of the two mounting studs will be broken but because of the way it fits into the recess of the steering wheel pad, gluing it into place is not a problem. We rarely have an emblem this nice in stock for more than a few weeks of any one year as the tail was prone to breaking off as well as the "cats" other limbs. This Pump to Value Outlet Pressure Hose is 100% correct for the 1969 small block, and will work for the 1967 or 1968 with the 5/16 inch control valve fitting if the power steering hoses are routed the same as on the big block engines. This rubber plug is found on the bottom side of 68 and 69 Cougars without tilt column. It covers the access hole for the bolt that removes the column head / collar. We notice that most cars do not have them in place. This could be due to over site at the factory or them being lost over the years as the car has been serviced. NOS power steering ram cylinder dated 6H25 or August 25, 1966. This one is date coded for a very early built 1967 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang, including Shelby GT350 and GT500. Bendix manufactured, shows a paint marking and gold cadmium? nut and band. Still has the plastic plugs and cardboard protection on the threaded shaft and drag link stud. Seals presumed to be good, but no guarantees.
