Great kit for those that have a good used power steering control valve unit to rebuild.  Keep in mind many of the high mile control valves in circulation are worn beyond factory tolerances and are not easily rebuilt. Our re-manufactured units are a great solution if this is the case. Replaces Ford Part #: C2AZ-3A533-A.

This is a replacement relay for the discontinued original FoMoCo relays.  It does not appear in the same form factor, but will work just fine. The original is a metal cased unit, the replacement is plastic.  Original relays are marked either C7ZA-3E553-A (1967) or  C8ZA-3E553-A (1968 & 1969) on the mounting tab. Reproduction repair kit for your 69 - 70 Cougar or Mustang Midland brake booster inner control valve.When doing the repair on your booster control valve, be sure to use any type of synthetic blend grease and lubricate the following:Inside lower end of the bellows, all O rings and insides of the seals and inside the front diaphragm.Included in this kit are 3 O rings, fiber washer, rubber valve, spring and spring seat and spring retainer.

This retainer clamps together the two edges of the shroud and sets into the mounting holes on the column. The original is very hard to remove because of the saw blade teeth inside the grooves, and most times the tabs will easily break off. This reproduction will not have those teeth. Good used 1970 factory installed clip for attaching the high pressure line to the power steering reservoir low pressure tube. This used retaining clip was originally used to connect the two power steering hoses together at the power steering box. Used on all 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with power steering and V8 engines. Ford shows this item in the chassis assembly manuals and it is called a hose retaining clip, and the Ford part number is D1ZA-3E506-AC.

High Quality 400 PSI pump to valve return line. Used lower shaft fixed steering column found from 1968-69 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This is the portion that mates with the upper shaft that bolts to the steering coupler. 1968-69 lower shafts are 15-1/2 inches in overall length. They also have a lower flange with flat sides. Other Ford fixed lower shafts can be used, in most cases the sheer pins are already broken. Just slide the shafts together for the desired length.
