This rod is unique to 1970 because it was the first year of the lock out rod. Very hard to come by when you consider there was no 390 option for 1970. If you want to install factory shoulder belts on your 1967 Cougar or Mustang, you need to install these shoulder belt brackets. It's a threaded block inserted into the clip that holds it in place. 67 Cougars and Mustangs didn't come with shoulder belts, but the raised area where these brackets attach is still present. Used steering wheel tension spring used in the tilt / tilt away steering column found in the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. One required per car. Good used grade "A" core plastic passenger side bezel that may have had one or more very minor cracks repaired. One or more studs on the back may have been repaired as well. Finish will be poor or non existent but this bezel, unlike many we see will not have noticeable UV damage which makes them very brittle and prone to future damage.

These right and left bezels would be considered grade A cores with no cracks or chips. Often there is a missing mounting stud or two on the backside but nothing that shows. The cluster is complete and all the gauges work. If you would prefer a clock over a dummy plate we can upgrade you at no charge but the clock will not work and often will be missing the tiny knob. This restored three spoke, rim blow steering wheel was used on all Cougars 1970-73 except the Cougars equipped with standard interior or on rare occasion the 1973 Cougars that came with the rare 2 spoke leather wrapped wheel. Used Two Spoke Steering Wheel Pad for the 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Grade B pads will have minor scuffs and scratches and will need to be repainted. Keep in mind that the pad pictured is just a reference photo and not the actual color you will receive.  Leave a note in the comments section of your order and we will try our best to match your color.

Perfect condition with no fading, scratches or dents. When the emblem is pulled, you will see minimal difference between the area that has been covered for decades and the area that has been exposed. Very rare find indeed!

The horn switch is embedded in this soft part. Limited colors on hand, call for availability. White plastic is prone to cracking due to shrinkage and age. Most will have a crack or two. Ford part number is D0ZZ-13915-A

A grade pad has not shrunk to the point that the center section will not fit well, it will not be curling and overall will be pliable. We rarely have more than a couple colors on hand but if you state your preference in the comments section we will try to accommodate.
