Factory original turn signal canceling cam. Originals were molded in white, reproductions are molded in black. Repros also available from us. Easy screw in replacement with correct chrome finish. Made in chrome die-cast, originals were plastic. The tilt column switch uses a deeper stem. Replaces Ford Part #: C7OZ-17513-A

Good reproduction of a knob that is always broken off. Made from milled aluminum rather than plastic as the originals were made. This makes it so it is not as susceptible to breaking off. Unique to Cougars with tilt columns in 1968 - 1969. Replaces Ford part number C8MY-17513-C. This part also fits the 68-69 Mustang, Lincoln, Marquis, Thunderbird and other like models with an adjustable steering column.

Correct for 1967 only but fits perfectly into your tilt column for 1968 - 1969 Cougar / Shelby / Mustang / Thunderbird / etc... This knob is more attractive than the slender black knob used in 68-69, more durable and costs less. More durable than original 1967 plastic units as these are made from die-cast and the originals were plastic. Replaces Ford Part #: C7OZ-17513-B.

If you have replaced your sequential unit in the trunk with one of our new solid state sequential units and are still having problems then the turn signal switch is most likely the culprit as the only other part to the system is the wiring harness itself. NOTE!!!! This offshore switch is assembled with plated steel rivet contacts as opposed to brass rivet contacts like original. Whereas the Torino or Mustang do fine with 2 incandescent rear bulbs the Cougars with 6 bulbs put too much load on the switch and they fail. The only way these switches will hold up in a Cougar is if you convert to LED.
