A nice reproduction of the inner door remote mirror bezel. This is concours quality and an exact fit and finish. Just like the originals, these are made from chromed plastic. Comes with correct mounting hardware. Replaces Ford Part # : C8SZ-17B733-B
Good grade "A" used nut with minimal scratches from removal process. The originals have deeper grooves and have a better luster on the chrome than the reproductions. This is a one year only design. Don't forget to check out our special tool used to remove and install this nut.
Replaces the original Ford part that features a # C7SB-17B732-A casting number. Basically correct for 1967 but works just as well on 1968 mirrors. These nuts are are not 100% correct for a 67 or 68, kind of a mixture of both.Very nice chrome quality at a reasonable price. NOTE: Our mirror nut removal tool works & fits perfectly with the original mirror nuts. However, you will find the tool will NOT fit this reproduction nut properly, it will require that it be filed a...
Great reproduction of a rather hard to find part.
This mirror nut for the 70 - 73 Cougar or Mustang is made from stainless steel, as compared to the other reproduction we offer which is made from die cast metal. A few benefits of the stainless steel nut is that the finish on it will not tarnish over time, and that it cannot be cross threaded.
No more screw drivers or pliers to get that 1969 unique mirror nut loose! Works for the chrome and sport driver side remote mirror for 1969. Keep in mind that these tools are designed to fit the original mirror nut, we've found that they don't fit well on the reproductions. This is a mirror nut bezel tool used to remove the mirror nut on the 1967 - 1968 and 1970 - 1973 Cougar. No more scratches trying to remove with the wrong tools. These are made from HRS steel and are milled to fit the bezel nut. This tool pays for itself each time you use it. NOTE: This is an exact fit for ALL used mirror nuts (bezels) and the 1970 - 1973 reproduction mirror nuts (bezels). However, you will find it does not fit our 67-68 repro mirror nuts (bezels) and will need some...
This is an exact replacement for a 1970 remote sport mirror. Nearly indistinguishable from a 1968. Obviously a larger ball and longer than found on 1969, 1971-73 remote mirrors. This threaded replacement wand will require you to cut 8/32" fine threads in your original controller. Your OEM mirror controller is made of a very soft metal so one can often install these as "self tapping".1967 and 1968 are different, see comparison picture. The 1968 version was rounded off due to new safety...
Replace that stripped or scarred retaining nut. This one is unique for your 1969 with remote mirror. Used on multiple FoMoCo applications starting in 1966 on the Mercury Comet. Replaces Ford Part #: C6GY-17B719-A.
