If you look close at our used set I do not think you could tell the difference, look at the back side in comparison to used and you will see a noticeable difference. *NOTE* The fifth part slips into the backside of the inner knob on the passenger side and acts as a spacer for Cougars or Mustangs without the rear fader option. This is a radio nut removal tool used to remove the radio shaft nuts. No more trying to remove those little units with the wrong tools and potentially damaging your bezel or dash. These are made from HRS steel and are milled to fit the shaft nut perfectly.

Used cigar or cigarette lighter threaded retainer with ground lug. Fits any 1969 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with factory installed console. The ground lug is needed for the heating element in the socket. The consoles are made of plastic and use the common socket designed for steel dashes. This retainer is part of C9MB-15055-A socket and retainer assembly.

Angled cup or retainer, used with the wiper switch, it locates and maintains the angle to the dash from behind. 1969 and 1970 are different, obvious when you realize that the flat spot is indexed differently between the two years. Ford part numbers: DOZZ-17C491-A, D0ZB-17C491-A.

This aluminum backed, tar sound deadener with adhesive is approximately 1/16 of an inch thick and works well behind door panels, at the firewall and under the headliner as a sound, heat and vapor barrier. One sheet required per door. Cut to fit, then remove paper backing to reveal adhesive, and stick in place. Good used grade "A" core plastic passenger side bezel that may have had one or more very minor cracks repaired. One or more studs on the back may be broken well (it's the face that we judge grading on). Finish will be poor or non existent but this bezel, unlike many we see will not have noticeable UV damage which makes them very brittle and prone to future damage.

NOS lens for the Standard model Cougar optional clock. Not the same as XR7, this clock is would be located in the gauge panel on the driver side instrument cluster. Nice quality, NOS, not polished lenses. Fits 1969-70 Mercury Cougar Standard, body style 65A, 65C, and 76A. These right and left bezels would be considered grade A cores with no cracks or chips. Often there is a missing mounting stud or two on the backside but nothing that shows. The cluster is complete and all the gauges work. If you would prefer a clock over a dummy plate we can upgrade you at no charge but the clock will not work and often will be missing the tiny knob. This is a one year only, Cougar only part. I do not care what they told you down at the "Mustang Mega Barn", Cougar is different as it has mounting holes at the top and Mustang does not. The Mustang cover has no mounting holes at the top and resembles the 1970 cover. This may just be the most delicate part found on a 69 Cougar and is just behind good used interior sail panels in scarcity.
