    As the seasoned Cougar owner will quickly point out, there are several differences between the 1967 and 1968 xr7 dash bezels. We have chosen to take the best elements of both years and combine them into one set as tooling to do both would be cost prohibitive. Without getting into the weeds, these dashes more closely resemble the 1968 version and in addition to that we have found multiple failure points that the factory units had and corrected those areas on these kits.

    The original elctro-plating process was often prone to looking aged within several years. Time will be the judge but we feel this is a superior product in every aspect and should be the last time you ever have to address your dash bezels.
