These little clips are what were used to fasten the dash face pad to the dash bezels on a 1968 standard or decor level Cougar. They are very difficult to come by and we have yet to find a suitable substitute. We suggest that if you need more than a few of these clips that you consider using strips of adhesive Velcro in lieu of these clips as Velcro holds the fragile aluminum trim more evenly against your bezels and is easier to install and remove for future maintenance. *NOTE* There are 13 of...

This is soft, straight pad with no burns, scrapes or blemishes. This is for the guy that is building a show car and is striving for perfection and wants to do nothing but freshen it up with a coat of SEM Flexible Coating. Often, we will not be able to provide this pad, and almost never will we be able to provide it in some of the more obscure colors, but please do ask prior to purchasing as to what colors we have on hand if it is important that you get the correct color.

This grade A pad for a 71 - 73 is truly a rare find. We only obtain an excellent pad like this every year or two. Grade A pads will have no cracks and will not be curling on the edges. Contact us for color on hand as the picture shown is not the actual pad you will get.

Good used original upper black dash pad for the 67 Cougar. The difference between the 67 and 68 is that the 68 dash pad has a relief cut for the aluminum VIN tag located on the passenger side and 67 did not. Grade B dash will have no cracks, possible missing corner stud and not soft and pliable.

Good used driver quality dash that has no cracks, serious warping or obvious blemishes. These used dash pads are still pliable but will need paint to look fresh, we recommend SEM flexible coating, Landau black. To check colors on hand you may want to call before you order or at least mention the desired color in the comments section of your online order. The pictures shown are not the actual pad you will receive, rather a representation of what you can expect for quality.

This grade B dash pad will have multiple cracks and will only be usable as a core to adhere our dash repair shell to. Get the shell here.

From the view as seen when sitting inside the car this pad might look decent but when you look at the top side it have cracks, especially at the defroster vents, small blisters and the pad will feel hard on top. This pad will not look perfect even after it has been painted with two coats of SEM vinyl paint as shown here. This pad is not intended for a restored car but is more of a "better than nothing" option. Pictures shown are samples only, not the actual pad you will receive.

Used steel lower dash panel for all 1969 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with factory air conditioning. This is a bolt in dash section, ships bare, no brackets included. The easiest way to identify a 69 lower dash from a 70 is that the square cutout for the steering column measures 6 3/8" wide on the 69 and 7" wide on the 1970. Grade A used no pitting no extra holes. Replaces Ford part number C9ZZ-6504320-D.

Used door / lid for the glove box in the Mercury Cougar, grade "A", no cracks, chips or scrapes. This is just the bare inner and outer door / lid and does not come with the hinge, liner, lock or lock bezel. To prevent damage to the plastic glove box door, the inner steel backer should be removed and file 1/16" off of one or both sides. This white plastic spacer fits into the back of the right hand inner knob on cars without factory fader or balance. If your inner knob is loose and will not align, you will want to see if this part is in place. These are pre-formed for a perfect fit and appearance and greatly reduced engine noise and heat.
