Reproduction fender fastener kit for Mercury Cougar Standard and XR7.

Used bolts, and usually new washers. Coupe kit comes with 4 - "A" bolts, 4 "B" bolts, and 2 "D" bolts, 12 new washers. Kit fits all 1970-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang coupes. Coupes or hard tops will have shoulder belt hardware. We will make sure these original seat belt bolts are damage free and rust free. Our Grade "B" 1967 - 1968 front fender extensions almost always have the damage centered around the "tip" as evidenced by the one you see pictured. We will not send you junk, but rather a part needing only minor attention. Notice the portion behind the eyebrow is painted black from the factory. This is our reproduction fender fastener kit for you r Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang.

This assembly is spot welded to the fender skin. Sometimes this area will be damaged in a collision but the skin will still be fine. Due to the rarity of good fenders and the costly shipping you may want to consider repairing your fender as opposed to buying another if this is all you need.

This unit consists of a metal shield with rubber stapled to the edges mimicking the fender contours. In most cases, these used shields will need to have the stapled rubber shields replaced. Same part as the1967 piece, but with a section cut out for the marker light housing. A Mustang shield will not fit a Cougar Because the fender has a much different contour.Ford part # C8WY-16A574-A.

These used original plastic filler mount to the passenger side hood extension, and filled the gap between center grille surround (extension) and the side grille. Very rare to find a 1970 Mercury Cougar with both of these intact as the driver side often got broken when someone reached in the recess for the hood release latch. These dense, cardboard fillers are placed over the trunk drop offs. They are sturdy reproductions that fit well and every old Cougar seems to need them as moisture and general wear and tear take their toll over the decades. Sold as a pair only. If you see these advertised for less money elsewhere we would like to be notified.

These die cut sturdy trunk filler boards fit over either side of the trunk drop off and allow your trunk mat to lay flat over the trunk drop off areas. Sold as a pair.
