New Old Stock XR7 hubcap / wheel cover for the Mercury Cougar. There were two versions of this cap, one with a white painted ring around the center, and one with black around the center. The white version was used in 1969, with the black version being used in 1970. Ford part # D0WA-1130-A

Original space saver tire marked F78-15 from a 1970's Mercury or Ford. GoodYear brand it has the larger hub size, bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2.
