C4 Automatic transmission kick down cable kit for all 1967-68 Mercury Cougar and 1966-68 Ford Mustangs. Kit includes kick down cable assembly, accelerator kick down lever, retracting spring, and related hardware.

According to the Master Parts Catalog, this rod was used on all 1969 Cougars equipped with a C6 transmission which includes the 390IP / 428CJ / 428SCJ. Our research and in hand examples off original Cougars would differ. Because of the different intake manifold used on the 390, Autolite carburetor vs. Holley and different exhaust manifolds we have found that the 1969 390 IP / C6 is distinctly different than the 428CJ and stands on its own by not interchanging with any other Ford product. ...

This rod was used on all Cougars 1971 - 1973 equipped with a 351 and FMX transmission both 4V and 2V. Approximately 27" Black color code.

This rod is correct for the 351 Cleveland 2V only and is approximately 27". A red paint daub was found on this rod, by trying to expose it with steel wool, it was almost erased. This would explain why we rarely find rods with the original paint daub in place. Slightly shorter than the 4V rod and has a lower connection point to the carburetor.

This one piece lens was used only on the XR7 model Cougar from 1971 - 1973. This lens will not be cracked or overly "milky" looking from over exposure to the sun. These clips are used to hold the lenses in place on your cluster. Sold as a set of three.

Ford calls this part a 'mask'. This clamps to the chromed lever and holds the socket and bulb that are attached to the neutral safety switch, which are the shifter indicator light for the floor shifter. The washer measures 1 13/16" x 5x8" and the total length of the screw is 1 3/8" but a much shorter screw would suffice. *NOTE* the raised lip of this washer faces up and only the three beveled holes on the shift indicator bezel use them.
