Please email us for color on hand, rarely do we have more than one grade A in stock. Grade A will have almost no warping or lifting issues, soft and pliable and will not need repaint. Very hard to find, one year only part.

Good used pad available in most colors, please let us know which color you need in the comments section and we will try to accommodate. Grade B pads will be lifting at the top, be a little warped and have some missing texture where your thumbs often ride at 3 and 9 o'clock.

Not the best fit, texture is incorrect. Guaranteed disappointment, no returns on this item please.

Average condition with no obvious blems, but will show substantial fading. A perfect replacement for our woodgrain Burl wraps if yours is caved in or corroded and nasty looking. Check out this video

Grade C will have terrible paint and dings which can be pushed out from the backside with your thumbs. This will require our repro burl applique. Check out this video

There are three of these rubber, glue on pads attached to the chrome horn center of every 1967 Cougar. The colored pads usually need to be repainted and we cannot guarantee to have all colors in stock at all times, please mention in the order comments your desired color and we will try to accommodate you. Good used pad that will most likely need to be repainted unless it is black. Not hard and crispy looking. Comes naked as shown.

B grade pad has shrunk to the point that the center section will not fit well and you may have to file some of the plastic away for a proper fit, it will be curling a little at the top where it meets the wheel and overall will be rather hard from UV exposure. Additionally, it may show some signs of wear to the texture of the graining. If you state your preference in the comments section we will try to accommodate you on color.

Our grade "B" rods are just as straight as our grade "A" used rods but the will show pock marks from rust after you clean them. One can fill and sand but it will take time. These are still a much better value than the Chinese rods we sell. This listing is for the driver side only. Compared to what you will find in most regions of the country these would be considered to be very clean in terms of rust damage.*Note - 1970-73 strut rods work equally well.

If you have already begun to install or have installed this item, it is not eligible for return or refund. This is far superior to the switch Ford put out as a service part in the 90's. It is imperative that you clean every part of your old switch out before carefully installing the new switch. NOTE!!!! This offshore switch is assembled with plated steel rivet contacts as opposed to brass rivet contacts like original. Whereas the Torino or Mustang do fine with 2 incandescent rear bulbs the Cougars with 6 bulbs put too much load on the switch and they fail. The only way these switches will hold up in a Cougar is if you convert to LED. This little cover glues onto your spoke at 6 o'clock and serves to cover the gap between where your rubber horn switch starts and then stops.
