    Description

Our turn signal switches are made by the original supplier to Ford from the original tooling. If you have replaced your sequential unit in the trunk with one of our new solid state sequential units and are still having problems then the turn signal switch is most likely the culprit as the only other part to the system is the wiring harness itself. Often when your brake lights are not working the turn signal switch is the culprit as the brake lights feed through the turn signal switch.

This switch will also fit fixed column Ford's 1968-1969 Ford Crown Victoria / Full Size / LTD / Fairlane / Torino / Falcon / Galaxie & 1970 Mercury Comet / Ford Falcon / Early 1970 Ford Maverick / Mercury Comet without locking steering wheel & all 1968-1969 Mercury Comet's

    Replaces Ford part # C9AZ-13341-B.

*NOTE* Need help diagnosing a Cougar turn signal problem? Victor Yarberry is the world’s most knowledgeable expert on the subject. Vic has owned Cougars since the 1970's and is the designer of all of our solid state sequential systems. There is no question he cannot answer! Here is a link to a great source of information on the subject.

This part works. Don't be intimidated by the re-pinning process at the connector. You can re-use your old connector as it will be fine. Resolves many malfunctions related to brake lights where one brake light will turn on but one will not. Don's description is correct as to how Ford wired the brakes through the blinker switch.

A recent column rebuild prompted me to replace my old turn signal switch, and I’m really happy I did, the hazards and turn signals are nice and tight, and my turn signals cancel by themselves again. This is a really quality product

I bought my 69 Cougar in Jul of '09 as a retirement from the Army gift to myself. From day 1 it had intermittent heating problems that I tried to fix. I changed the radiator, thermostat, water pump, and added 2 12 in 1400 cfm electric cooling...
