New to the Market! Correct convertible side tension cables for the 71 through 73 Cougar and Mustang.  Replaces Ford Part #: D1ZZ-652806-A.  

Since the reproduction is no longer available anywhere, we've taken a used plug and our electrical department has pieced it together to make a useable plug. The Eliminator uses the XR7 harness but not the XR7 rocker switches in the center of the dash. This bypass plug completes the circuit left open when no XR7 switches are plugged into the harness.

OEM Ford factory cowl brace as found on 1970 Mercury Cougar Boss 302 Eliminator and Boss 302 Mustang. Used item, not reproduction. Mounts with the lip up, towards the front of the car. Very limited supply.

If your Cougar has to sit outside for any length of time this is a must. Not only will it protect from unwanted moisture but pine needles and other debris will be kept out. If your cowl already leaks then this is a great way to prevent the floors from rusting. Spring loaded T shaped fasteners make for instant installation and removal, attaches under grate bars so as not to damage paint. Very worth while preventative maintenance item.

Crankshaft oil slinger for all 429, 429CJ, 429SCJ, Boss 429, or 460 engines, the "385" series. Goes on the crankshaft after the timing gear and before the timing chain cover. It does have a purpose on the vintage engines.  Ford part number C8SZ-6310-A.

Only for use on standard model Cougars with AC. This piece of trim affixes to the lower portion of the dash face pad and continues on towards the passenger side door.

Plastic filler piece that goes over the steering column and bridges the instrument cluster portion of the dash pad. Ford calls this part a "PANEL" (Instrument Panel Cluster) in the Master Parts Catalog. "B" grade used is one with a crack and at least one other chip (see picture), you can put a desired color in the comments section of the online order. We suggest planning on 'painting to match your interior'.

Used rear window defog switch and knob assembly with mounting bracket for the 71 - 73 Standard Cougar.

Hard to tell the difference between this and the reproduction version except for one *HUGE* difference!!! The reproduction was made to adhere to the outside of the drivers side quarter window and the originals adhere to the inside! Incredibly rare and cool find from a local dealer, very limited supply as you can imagine. Made by Fasson which was the company that made most of the decals for Ford in the 1960's and 1970's. Limited Quantity. This ultra rare NOS decal was what was used when you ordered the 10 spoke 15" aluminum Shelby wheels for your Cougar. The wheels were marketed through Shelby American in the Cougar catalog titled "How To Sharpen Your Cats Claws". Windshield defroster nozzle for Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang without A/C. This is a "A" grade unit and will have 1 or 2 scuffs in the plastic, or small crack in the flex hose.
