Reproduction proportioning valve for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This is a cylindrical shaped brass valve, some times called the pressure control valve, brake valve or 'cigar' valve. This plate attaches the 3/8" steel fuel line under the driver's side rear torque box, as it makes its way from the rear frame rail out to the rocker area. It acts both as a mount and as a protector from road debris. These were used on late 1967 to 1968 Cougars and Mustang with the 3/8" fuel line. Early 1967 cars had smaller 5/16" fuel line, and different routing (through the transmission tunnel), and did not use this part. Mounting bolts included.

This plastic protector sleeve is often missing or broken, but occasionally we come across a good used one. "B" grade used cable and knob assembly for opening the passenger side fresh air vent on 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs without air conditioning. Cable control mounts under the dash below the glove box. Cougar uses a different mounting bracket than the Mustang. B grade will have a broken mounting tab, but will otherwise have a good cable. Used cast dual sheave alternator pulley. Casting number C9AF-10A352-C, we believe that these originally had a zinc dichromate finish. Called out for use on various 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with a need for a dual sheave alternator pulley.*Note - this is a cast pulley instead of the common stamped steel single sheave version.Ford part # C5AZ-10344-L.

NOTE* After comparing to the original pulley, we've found that this reproduction is approximately 3/16" shorter in overall height. D0OE-6312-A For both Windsor and Cleveland 351 engines starting in 1970. This is a single sheave pulley, meaning without air conditioning and without power steering. One groove with a diameter of 6-11/16 inches in diameter. Ford Master Part number D0OZ-6A312-A. A four bolt hole crankshaft pulley for use with 1970 and upward crank dampeners.

Used crank shaft pulley for any 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with 351w engine. This is a single groove pulley with a 6-1/8 inch diameter, and would have been used without power steering. One belt just for the water pump and alternator. Also fits other cars with 351 Windsor engines without P/S.Replaces Ford part number C9OE-6A312-D.

C5AZ-6312-D Application for 1967-68 289 or 302 engines with air conditioning. Power steering and or California Thermactor emissions permissible. Ford casting number C5AE-B. Triple sheave 67 68 crank pulley. Inner diameters are about 6-1/2 inches, outer diameter is 7-5/16 inches.

D0AE-6312-C For both the Cleveland and Windsor variety. Starting in 1970 Ford tried to standardize many of the engine parts. This is the "with air conditioning" pulley for all 1970 - 1971 351-2V & 351C-4V engines, and all 1972 -1973 351-2V engines. Triple sheave 6-23/32", 8.00", 8-13/32" inch diameters. Applications, 1970 - 1971 - 1972 351c engines, All with or without air conditioning. Casting number D0OR-B. 6-1/4" diameter and 7/16" sheave width.

Application could be for any 1967-69 Ford 289 / 302 /351W, but with only a single alternator belt. This is a copy of the Ford 7AA power steering pulley. This pulley mounted correctly on an OEM pump with factory brackets, will run on the second V-belt from the inside. The inner most fan belt runs the alternator. You would be using a single belt on the alternator. Correct application is for 1969 with 351W engines. 5-1/4" diameter and 3/8" sheave width.

For use originally on 1967 289 engines with California emissions (All 1967 DSO 52 and 53 Mercury Cougars), and without factory air conditioning. With extra cooling (20 inch wide radiator). 3 sheave pulley (three fan belts), with pulleys having diameters of 4-7/16 inches and 5-7/8 inches. Ford casting number C6OE-8509-A, was probably an ink stamp. These pulleys were made using a double sheave C6AE-8509-A pulley with a second smaller pulley welded on.

C6AZ-8509-F With air conditioning. Power steering and or thermactor emissions possible. 2 sheaves or 2 fan belts with a diameter of about 5-5/16 inches. Ford casting number C6OE-8509-B.

C8OZ-8509-B 1968 289 or 302 with automatic and 1969 351. All without air conditioning but with power steering. Power steering optional if with dual belt alternators. Two sheave pulley, diameter of 6-7/16 inches. Ford casting number C7OE-8509-D. Overall height or depth is 2-7/16 inches.

C8OZ-8509-A Applications include 1968 289 / 302 with automatic transmissions and 1969 351, all-without power steering, air conditioning and with standard alternator with a single sheave pulley. This pulley is 6-1/2 inches in diameter and is a single sheave pulley. Ford casting number C8AE-8A528-F.

For use originally on most 289/302/351w/390/428CJ engines with air conditioning from 1967-1970. 2 sheaves with a diameter of 5-7/8 inches. This is a good copy of the original water pump pulley, it has no stamped part number.Replaces   C6AZ-8509-A or C6AE-8509-A.

Used water pump pulley used on 1970-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 351 engines and air conditioning. This pulley is 5-15/16 inches in diameter. Pulley stamped C9OE-8509-F.

Core power steering pump for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang equipped with the 351-2V, 351-4V, and BOSS 302 engines. These are bare pumps, stripped of pulleys, canisters, dipsticks, tags, and brackets. Suitable for core rebuilding. Original pumps would have been numbered HBA-CC.
