Fuel

This is the steel tube that goes from the carburetor to the fuel pump. Available in original steel or stainless steel.

Reproduction fuel line that goes from the fuel pump to the carburetor made of OE steel for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang equipped with the 390-4V engine. Fits all FE engines with Holley 4150, as long as they do not have the Carter "X" fuel pump. Carter X fuel pumps are not crimped together.

Reproduction OE steel fuel tank to pump two piece fuel line with 3/8" fittings for the Mercury Cougar equipped with the factory rear sway bar. This also includes Eliminator models.*NOTE* All of our tank to pump fuel lines come "gently" folded over to be shipped.  When you receive your fuel line, you will have to straighten it out. It is a fairly straight forward procedure and we have not had anyone struggle with this to date.

Reproduction fuel pump for all 1967-70 Mercury Cougars and Ford Mustangs equipped with the 289, 302 or 351W engines. Be aware that this pump has a 3/8 inch fitting for the fuel line.

Nice rebuildable core of the Carter X 4441S fuel pump for all 1968-70 428 Cobra Jet engines. Has "X" casting, 4441S stamped, dated 10B9A, February 10, 1969. Kits available for rebuilding. 

Factory original Carter fuel pump that was taken from a low mile 427 GTE in 1997. The "X" pump was used only on the Boss 302, 427, 428 and 429 Cobra Jet, and Super Cobra Jet.

This used fuel / gas tank shows small dents on the underside but the top side is perfect and the inside has no corrosion. This tank would be good for "splitting" and combining this good used upper half with a reproduction lower half. We recommend converting to the non-evaporative 1970, 49 state tank, unless concours is desired. Conversion requires 1970, 49 state style filler neck and filler hose. If you find that this tube has too small of fittings for your OEM 4150 / 4160 Holley carburetor than what has happened is that someone has replaced your transfer tube and fittings with one of the after-market kits available at speed shops. This is the ONLY correct transfer tube for a Cougar equipped with a Holley from 1967 - 1970.  Ford part # C9AZ-9H576-A.

Reproduction gas tank to filler pipe hose fits the 67 to 70 Mercury Cougar, measures 4 1/2" long. Excludes 1970 with California emissions. Even if yours is not cracked it will be hard if it is over two decades old. We highly suggest you replace this part if yours is in fact hardened with age because a minor rear end collision could cause it to fail and send fuel spilling into your trunk area. Replaces Ford part #: C8ZA-9047-A.

Used fuel door lens for the 69 - 70 Mercury Cougar. This part will have minor chips and stress cracks under the trim but nothing that shows when installed. Ford part number C9WB-13A568-B

Used Carter fuel pump lever. From Carter made fuel pump as installed on Ford 352, 390, 410, 427, 428CJ FE engines. Many of the Carter "X" fuel pumps with screw together rebuildable pumps often times have Ford small block levers. Housings are he same. Levers are removable, see youtube for the rebuilding and assembly procedure.

Stainless steel throttle pedal surround trim. Self attaching to part number C9ZZ-9735-A. This used part may have some wear, but will not have broken tabs. Fine steel wool really shines these up. In the Master Parts Catalog this part is called a cover, Ford part number C9OZ-9735-A. Not all Mustangs received this trim for the accelerator pedal, but it will attach, no problem. Bracket that holds the throttle cable for the G code Boss 302 Cougar Eliminators. This is a 1970 part number, it is possible that the 1969 bracket may be either different or had a C9ZZ-9741-? part number. Will update when we verify, comments welcome. 1970 Ford part number listed as D0ZZ-9741-A.

Accelerator pedal shaft assembly that mounts to the engine firewall. For use with 427-4V GT-E Cougars with automatic transmission. We suspect that this bell crank may be slightly different than the 390/428CJ version due to the Police Interceptor intake manifold?Ford part # C8ZZ-9725-A.*TRIVIA* All W code 427-4V GT-E's could only be ordered with an automatic C6 transmission.

Cable length 22.83 inches long, identified by a plastic ball shaped end attached onto the pedal side of the cable. Must be used with a 1970 accelerator pedal shaft. This is an unbroken part. Notice there are two versions, one has plastic covering the cable and the other has an exposed cable.
