In order for you to install with the 1971-73 Cougar installed metal frames, you will need to remove the locating pin on your D1AB-15A467-B window bracket with a Dremel or similar. Grade B well used rear license plate bracket that attaches to the rear bumper of all 1969-1970 Mercury Cougars.
