Grade B well used rear license plate bracket that attaches to the rear bumper of all 1969-1970 Mercury Cougars. Comes as shown, mounting hardware to the bumper included but rarely will the rubber bumpers or license plate to bracket hardware still be in place. These originally were painted chassis black. Expect some rust pitting, bends, dents and overall tired looking appearance. You can easily use a hammer to get these straight and once installed nobody sees them. Ford part number C9WY-17A385-A.
