This was an adhesive emblem and has long since fallen off most cars or was removed when the car was painted. We often times have driver quality emblems available, but be aware, they will have some pitting issues.Our reproduction 67-68 pillar emblem is a good substitute.Original Ford part number D1WY-6542532-A.

This adhesive plaque was placed in front of the shifter on XR7-G models with a factory installed four speed manual transmission. The XR7-G shift knob had a walking Cat on the face of the knob instead of a shift pattern.

These fuel door Mercury crest emblems are a close to original reproduction. They are an economical alternative to brighten up the looks of the rear of your 1969 - 1970 Cougar. This crest was used on all models except the 1970 Eliminator. To remove your emblem we suggest grinding down the studs on the backside. To install the reproduction emblem you will need the 26120 trim clip.

These fuel door Mercury crest emblems have been lovingly restored by a long time Cougar enthusiast. Faded but good used emblem with aluminum foil background. If you push on the swedged aluminum studs from the backside these will easily remove. The standard grill emblem with a walking cat uses the same stud configuration as XR7 so you can exchange emblems from one to another.

Good used center with no crack, missing paint or broken mounting tabs. This was used on all 1969 Cougars with a three spoke wheel except the XR7.

This little emblem was used only on the two spoke steering wheels from 1969 - 1973. We can pretty much guarantee one if not both of the two mounting studs will be broken but because of the way it fits into the recess of the steering wheel pad, gluing it into place is not a problem. We rarely have an emblem this nice in stock for more than a few weeks of any one year as the tail was prone to breaking off as well as the "cats" other limbs. This is one of the smallest "Cougar" emblems ever put on a Mercury Cougar. Only the 70-73 two spoke cat and xr7-G shift handle Cougar was smaller. It is also the most delicate! Very unusual to find the tail and all limbs intact on this fragile little kitty. Silver spray paint will make this cat look new again, they did not have a chrome finish from the factory. Now that we have reproduced this emblem there is little incentive to purchase this over-priced used emblem.

Used end cap with the burl woodgrain for the deluxe door pull straps found in the Mercury Cougar XR7 or Ford Mustang. These units will show a degree of pitting, fine scratches and fading. Also, these door pull strap caps are unique to 1968 and they are not currently being reproduced. 1967 has no border and the woodgrain has a different color and look to it. D0WY-5A486-A. The bolt measures 9 1/2" long, the tubular spacers are 5 1/8" long. These kits are sold individually, it takes two kits per car. Yes... That mold on the bushings.

Grade A door cup (escutcheon) used on both the Xr7 and Decor / Deluxe interiors with moulded door panels. Casting numbers as seen on the back can read D1WB-6522635-A or D3WB-6522635-A. The last 3 digits will read something like -AWA, AWD or similar which denotes the different colors. These resemble Mustang but are in fact unique to the Cougar. These plastic fillers were mounted to the end of the 1970 hood extension and filled the gap between center grille surround (extension) and the side grilles. Very rare to find a 1970 Cougar with both of these intact as the driver side often got broken when someone reached in the recess for the hood release latch. Quality built new automatic transmission flex plate for all 1967-68 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 289/302 engines and C-4 automatic transmissions. Looks identical to the OEM Ford plates, has new starter ring installed. Has the correct 28oz. weight for vintage 289/302 engines. The 5.0 liter engines used a 50oz. imbalance.

These correct floor pan patches are for the 1969-70 convertible and do not have drain plugs like the 1967-68 panels. These are made from a really rigid steel and do not easily bend or dent easily like many of the offshore pans you find on the market. These 20 gauge panels are 24" long and 15 1/4" wide. Reproduction inner floor frame rail patch for the Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang coupe and convertible. As this item is for a Mustang, you will find that you will have to modify it to work with your Cougar. This unit measures 28" long where the Cougar piece is 19". This unit is a 1/4" wider than the Cougar piece as well.

Used fresh air vent found in the passenger side kick panel of all 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang without air conditioning. These are seldom found damage free, we call them Grade B used. These are our average used, or Grade B, front license plate mounting bracket that attaches to the passenger side of the bumper of all 1971-72 Mercury Cougars. It may or may not have the rubber anti rattle bumpers present, but will have either original or reproduction plastic inserts for screwing on the license plate. This B grade bracket will function properly, but will have some slight damage or signs of straightening.Replaces Ford part number D1WY-17A385-A.

Good used brace that may be lightly rusted but not ripped, but will almost always show minor repairs. This part was straightened in a vise prior to taking this picture. At this price we do not sell mangled junk, but after 40 years it is rare to find one that has never been bumped. We really cannot justify the average guy buying these over our quality reproduction pair. Only the most tedious of restorations would benefit from having this levels of detail. Sold as a pair, Ford part #: C5ZZ-13206-B for the passenger side and C5ZZ-13207-B for the driver side.

Used vented fuel, or gas cap as installed on 1967-69 Mercury Cougar and 1970 cars without California emissions. Also fits 1969-70 Shelby Mustang. In 1970 California required a non-vented fuel cap. This version does have a check valve, one way vented. This is probably a service replacement fuel cap. If you find that this tube has too small of fittings for your OEM 4150 / 4160 Holley carburetor than what has happened is that someone has replaced your transfer tube and fittings with one of the after-market kits available at speed shops. This is the ONLY correct transfer tube for a Cougar equipped with a Holley from 1967 - 1970.  Ford part # C9AZ-9H576-A.
