AMK seat belt washer B-13023. 0.46" ID x 1.25" OD zinc flat washer. Sized so that it rides on the shoulder of the seat belt bolts. It allows the retractor to rotate freely between this washer and the head of the seat belt bolt on 1969-73 cars. Two required per car, used only on the re-tractors.

These barrel nuts or clips are exactly like the original ones inserted into the trunk for attaching 1967-68 "Mercury" script, and 1971-72 Mercury Cougar "Mercury" Hood scripts. The manufacturer indicates that these tubular nuts fit 1/8" holes. Pin size on those emblems are 3/32". These clips are also used to attach the 1967 quarter panel emblems. This 1/2" tall unique little screw was used on several different trim parts on the early Mercury Cougars. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969-1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall.
